PURPOSE: A process and apparatus for treating organic garbage are provided, which shorten finishing time and cost and prevent environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: collecting organic garbage(1) such as food and animal waste or animal manure; conveying it to a dewatering part(10) after removing odor materials by microorganism; delivering dewatered garbage to a drying part(20) and separated water to a storing bottle, where the garbage is grinded and completely dehydrated by a pulsating pressure and blast; delivering it to a separator(30) for screening impurities; carrying it a means(40) for manufacturing granular fertilizer, wherein the separated water is combined with inorganic materials, resulting in 4-6mm size of the granular fertilizer(4); carrying the fertilizer to a coating part(50) for adsorbing lacked components depending on the uses; delivering to a drying part(60) |
