PURPOSE: An interlock system is provided to compact a size of a device by installing the interlock device in a drive pinion gear. CONSTITUTION: An interlock system of a rear bi-axial vehicle comprises a case(53); a flange(51) to drive a rear front wheel by locating an inlet of the case(53); an inter-shaft(54) rotated by combining with the flange(51); a pinion drive gear(58) formed in a pinion shaft(56) to be combined with the inter-shaft(54); a ring gear(59) to drive a rear wheel by rotating through the pinion drive gear(58); a housing(57) to support the inter-shaft(52) through a bearing(52); a retainer(55) to control the inter-shaft(54) and the pinion shaft(56) by installing between the inter-shaft(54) and the pinion shaft(56); and an air chamber(60) to vertically move the retainer(55). In idly rotating the rear wheel, the air chamber(60) isolates a power transmission into the pinion drive gear(58). In supplying air into a cylinder(61), the inter-shaft(54) and a pinion shaft(56) are separated by dropping the retainer(55) through a piston(51). The power into the pinion drive gear(58) is isolated and the ring gear(59) is stopped. Thereby, the rear wheel is not driven. Therefore, a vehicle is escaped from a rugged road.
