PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect together a plurality of plate members with a desired angle and make easier the installation of the plate members by providing a channel type main body having a groove portion to which a lateral end portion of a plate member arranged in a raised state fits and also providing a ring-shaped linking member, to which a bar-shaped anchor can be inserted in up - down direction, at the rear surface portion of the main body in one united body. SOLUTION: A coupling device 1 has a channel type main body 3 having a groove portion 2 to which the lateral end portion of a raised plate member is fitted. At the rear surface bent portion 4a of the main body 3 an anchor 5 is provided and inserted in up-down direction to two ring-shaped linking members 6 provided at up and down positions with a predetermined interval between them. A pair of coupling devices 1, 1 are placed upside down each other, each linking member 6 is fitted between the linking members 6 at the opposite side, the shaft center 9 is arranged on the same vertical line and the anchor 5 is inserted, and then an end portion of the plate member is fitted to the groove portion 2, and the plate member is coupled in a raised state. The coupling devices 1, 1 can be rotated with the anchor 5 as the center of the rotation, so that two plate members can be coupled at a desired angle. Also, each plate member coupled does not create positional deviation in front, rear, left or right direction because the end portions of right and left are fitted to the groove portion 2.
