PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground excavating machine capable of sufficiently agitating and mixing together earth and a soil improving solution in an underground borehole. SOLUTION: A turning body 10 is provided at the side portion of a shaft 1. A turning shaft of the turning body 10 is loosely stuck to a bearing 4, and the turning body 10 rattles and vibrates during the excavation of underground borehole 21. Also, the turning body 10 dashes and comes into contact with the underground borehole 21 excavated by the excavator 2 and turns by the reactions and agitates and mixes together the soil and the soil improving solution. Clayey soil masses cohered to the turning body are shaken out from the turning body 10 by the rattling and vibrating of the turning body 10 so that the turning body 10 rotates definitively thereby performing agitation and mixture.
