PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the wet preventing property to reduce the use quantity of the material for an adsorptive article and perform the manufacture at a low cost by folding the extension part of a mount on the reverse side of an absorbing body to the inside so as to be arranged on both surface-side lateral edges of the absorbing body, and bonding the overlapping part of the mount in the extension part with an adhesive. SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 comprises a liquid permeable surface sheet 2, a liquid impermeable wet preventing sheet 3 and a liquid retainable absorbent 4, and a sheet material 61 is arranged on both longitudinal lateral sides of the absorbent 4 to form a three-dimensional guard 6. The absorbent 4 comprises an absorptive body 42 and a mount 41 arranged on the reverse side thereof. The mount 41 is extended outward from both lateral edges of the absorptive body 42, the extension part 41 is folded inward, and the lateral edges 41a of the mount 41 are arranged on both surface-side lateral edges of the absorbent 4. In the overlapping part 41c of the mount 41 in the extension part 41b, the overlapped mounts 41 are mutually bonded with an adhesive 44.
