PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process and shorten time for assembling by dripping resin to the entire surface of a spherical surface lens set at a position for mounting the lens of a member to be fastened and pressing the resin using a mold to form a composite non-spherical surface and further, bonding the spherical surface lens to the member to be fastened without the resin leaking during pressing. SOLUTION: A spherical surface lens 12 is set at the lens part 27 of a body tube 26 and resin 17 is allowed to drop to almost the center position of the upper surface of the lens 12. Further, a mold 21 is lowered from the upper part of the spherical surface lens 12 to press the resin 17. In this case, the projecting part 24 for positioning the mold 21 is engaged with a mold guide groove part 30 of the body tube 26, and the mold 21 is positioned and at the same time, the spherical surface lens 12 set as described is positioned so that the lens 12 is centered in an optical axis. Further, the resin 17 is formed into a resin layer with a non-spherical face by a non-spherical face-shaped recessed part 22 and then the remaining resin leaks out of a space between the inner peripheral edge of the non-spherical face-shaped recessed part 22 and the surface of the spherical surface lens 12, sticking to the inner peripheral edge part of a lens fixing part 29. Finally the resin 17 is cured in the described state to manufacture the spherical surface lens 12 and at the same time, complete the assembling of the lens 12.
