<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out a cutting treatment by melting for shredding a paper and melting the resultant shredded paper in hot water in a short time. SOLUTION: This apparatus for cutting a paper P by melting is capable of feeding the paper P to a space between a mixer 10 for cutting by melting rotating at a high speed and the inner peripheral surface of a vessel 7 for cutting by melting, keeping the paper P in a state thereof containing hot water and softened and tearing off the paper P into a shredded state with plural helical protruding parts 11 of the mixer 10 for cutting by melting and many oblong fixed protruding parts 15 of the vessel 7 for cutting by melting while tapping the paper P with many whip pieces 12 and stretching the paper P.</p> |
