PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide screw parts which are light-weighted, excellent in productivity, can cut off manufacturing processes and can reduce manufacturing costs, and a manufacturing method for screw parts. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method for screw parts, industrial pure magnesium, magnesium alloy, or a composite material composed of magnesium or its alloy as a parent phase (matrix) having a fine grain superplastic structure of 100μm or less crystal grain diameter, is heated to 250 deg.C-400 deg.C where a superplastic phenomenon occurs. By utilizing the superplastic phenomenon, the material is molded with warm forging so as to form screw parts.
