PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a production planning for efficiently using production resources and production equipment provided for manufacturing products by providing a display control means for displaying the production amount obtained on each product by a production amount converting means as actual production estimated amount of each product on a display unit. SOLUTION: To obtain an actual production estimated amount (actual assigned production estimated amount) of each product, a user operates a batch lot generation button of an assingment list displayed on a display unit by an input unit. Whereupon, an automatic lot generation processing unit 300 (function of CPU) is started. The automatic lot generation processing unit 300 computes the actual assigned production estimated amount taking a lot into consideration from the apparent order amount of each product. When the actual assigned production estimated amount of each product is computed, the automatic lot generation processing unit 300 sends back the actual assigned production estimated amount to the assignment list unit 100.
