PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a drain flow rate from a second discharge port at the time of drainage operation by providing the second discharge port in the state of inclining in a water flow direction in a pump used in common for washing and drainage and provided with a first discharge port for discharging wash water and the second discharge port communicating with an outer peripheral passage of an impeller. SOLUTION: In a dish washer pump 1 in circulating action of rotating an impeller 3 normally by a motor 4, wash water flowing into a central opening 3b of an impeller 3 from a suction port is discharged from an outer peripheral part 3a of the impeller 3 through inter-blade passages of the impeller 3 and flows inside the outer peripheral passage 2b of the impeller 3 toward a first discharge port 8 so as to be used for washing. At this time, a valve plate 6 is rotated by water flow in the passage 2b to close a second discharge port 5. When the impeller 3 is reversely rotated for drainage, the valve plate 6 is rotated by the water flow at this time in a direction of opening the second discharge port 6. As a result, the wash water flowing in the passage 2b is discharged to the outside of a body from the second discharge port 5 inclined in a water flow direction.
