PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a new multi-stringed instrument having a wide register and a rich expressive power, such as a koto, a zither or a harp, having variety in a performance technique by enabling standing performance like a lyre, and having excellent portability and storability. SOLUTION: In this harp, support woods and a neck wood are formed in a curve with a structure of a lyre group as a basis, and a difference is given to the lengths of the support woods, and the shape of the harp and arrangement of strings are devised, taking a performance posture into consideration, and a shouldering band is installed. An expressive power similar to that of a conventional koto, zither or harp can be obtained by installing an auxiliary neck wood or by installing half tone keys. A defect that a sound volume is relatively small because of its small size can be solved by installing a magnetic, piezoelectric or microphonic pickup, to amplify an electric signal. |
