PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized battery replacing apparatus suitable for indoor use. SOLUTION: A battery replacing apparatus 1 has a plurality of slots 4 for charging by chargers batteries 2 inserted respectively into the plurality of slots 4. The batteries 2, after completing their chargings are lent to users according to the indications of the apparatus 1. When lending the battery 2, its battery- lock provided in the holding mechanism of the apparatus 1 is released to protrude it more forward than the adjacent batteries 2. The height of the battery replacing apparatus 1 is set to 120 cm so that it suits to the securing of a perspective and to the maintaining of a good appearance, even when it is provided in a convenience store, etc. |
