SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size and large capacity solid electrolytic capacitor which does not deteriorate characteristics even under a high temperature and has an outer resin covering with a reduced thickness to realize size reduction. SOLUTION: A solid electrolytic capacitor 12 comprises a capacitor element 9, a lead frame 10 to which the capacitor element 9 is connected, and an outer resin covering 11 in which the lead frame 10 is molded. Holes 13 which are extended over the parts 10a of the lead frame 10 which are molded in the resin covering 11 and the parts 19b which are drawn out of the resin covering 11 are farmed. Bent parts 14 are formed in the parts 10a which are molded in the resin covering 11, and the holes 13 are formed. Further, walls 10c which guides the capacitor element 9 are formed on the capacitor element mounting surface of the lead frame 10.
