<p>A light shielding device provided with a light shielding seal (1) for reducing a sliding resistance, improving light-tightness and ensuring space saving. A light shielding structure provided between a plurality of members (13, 14) disposed a preset distance apart and capable of moving relative to each other, and capable of preventing an entry of light via a clearance formed between the members (13, 14), comprising magnetic force generating means (2, 3) disposed in either one of the above plurality of members (13, 14), and a magnetic fluid (4) magnetically held by the magnetic force generating means (2, 3) and in contact with the other member, characterized in that the clearance formed between the members (13, 14) is shielded by the magnetic fluid (4).</p> |
