PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage apparatus capable of improving the efficiency of assembling work. SOLUTION: In the heat storage apparatus 11 provided with a container body 12 in which a heat storage member 16 is filled, a heater 18 for heating the heat storage member 16, and a heat transfer pipe 17 disposed in the container body 12 for heat exchange between the heat storage member 16 and water, one of an introduction pipe 17a and an outer pipe 17b of the heat transfer pipe 17 is led to the outside through upper walls 13a, 14a of the container body 12 and the other is led to the outside through bottom walls 13b, 14b of the container body 12. For this, the heat transfer pipe 17 can be contained into the container body 12 from an upper portion of the same, differing from the case where the introduction pipe 17a and the outlet pipe 17b of the heat transfer pipe 17 are derived from the side wall of the container body 12. Thus, the efficiency of assembling work of the heat storage apparatus 11 can be improved.
