PURPOSE: An outside fixing device of a fracture is provided which independently executes a mono-fixing method and a ring fixing method by assembling a rod and a ring, and freely converts the mono-fixing into the ring fixing or the ring fixing into the mono-fixing according to the progress of the fracture agglutination. CONSTITUTION: The outside fixing device of a fracture comprises: (i) a rod(1); (ii) an arc-shaped ring(2); (iii) a rod-ring fixing clamp(3) which combines the rod and the ring; (iv) a pin(5) which is stuck in a bone to fix a fracture part; (v) a pin-rod fixing clamp(6) which fixes the pin on the rod; and (vi) a pin-ring fixing clamp(7) which fixes the pin on a coupling hole(2a).
