PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily insert the engagement part of a connection pipe to the engagement hole of a positioning member and to prevent it from being pulled out of the engagement hole carelessly. SOLUTION: Plane parts 25 and 26 are formed at both the side parts of an engagement part 22, and the area between them is set to a narrow part 27. A cut-out part 62 reaching the inner-periphery surface of an engagement hole 61 is formed at a positioning plate 6 from the outer surface. The width of the cut-out part 62 is set smaller than the inner diameter of the engagement hole 61 and is set identical to the width (the space between the plane parts 25 and 26) of the narrow part 27 so that the narrow part 27 can pass through.
