PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator, for an ultrasonic motor, in which the number of part items can be reduced and whose production process can be simplified. SOLUTION: This stator 9 for an ultrasonic motor 1 is provided with a fixing board part which is fixed to a housing 2. The stator is provided with a vibrating piece 12, which is arranged and installed radially on the outer circumferential side of the fixation board part and which is folded back to ward the central side via a rise part and a folded back part. The stator is provided with an element mounting part 16, which is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the fixation board part and which is used to mount a nearly doughnut disk-like piezoelectric element 17. A contact face 9d with a stator 21 which is connected to a shaft 6 is arranged at the folded back part. The fixing board part, the vibrating piece 12 and the element mounting part 16 are formed integrally. The stator 9 generates traveling waves at the contact face 9d with the rotor 21, on the basis of the vibration of the piezoelectric element 17, and the rotor 21 is turned on the basis of the traveling waves. |
