PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure, conduct hot air to flow into an inner box at a low cost and, further, simplify the operation of a heating cooker by a method wherein a single fan for introducing the hot air of a heating means into the inner box is rotated into the normal direction and the reverse direction of the same at every predetermined times. SOLUTION: A suction port is formed at a position opposed to a straight fan 9 in a fan easing 11 while air outlet ports 13 are provided in the vertical direction at the fore side and the rear side of the suction port. The cooking chamber 7 is communicated with a heating chamber 10 through the suction and outlet ports 13 while air is circulated in a manner shown by arrow signs. In this case, the fan 9 is constituted of a disc 9A and a plurality of fins 9B established on the surface side of the disc 9A and extended radially from the center of the disc 9A. The fan can be turned into normal and reverse directions by a fan motor FM positioned at the outside of the inner box 6. The single fan 9 is turned alternately into a normal direction and a reverse direction at every predetermined times whereby hot air can be sent uniformly into the inner box 6 and the variety of baking of foodstuffs to be cooked can be prevented as much as possible.
