PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of noise on a reception part by reducing noise on a couple of transmission lines of a communication line. SOLUTION: A noise filter 1 is arranged between a transmission part 2 and a reception part 3, a common mode choke coil 10 reduces noise generated on a pair of transmission lines 100 and 101, and a line transformer supplies noise having passed through the common mode choke coil 10 to a reference voltage end, thereby stopping the noise from flowing in the reception part. The noise filter 1 is grounded at a terminal P1 as the midpoint of a line transformer 11 and the potential at the midpoint is fixed, so the potentials of the transmission lines 100 and 101 are stopped from varying to stabilize the operation of the reception part 3.
