PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily synchronizable the operation control between peripheral equipments wile reducing the control burden on a main CPU. SOLUTION: A CPU 1020 controls the operation of a special pattern display 100 in accordance with commands outputted from a main control 20 and transmits commands to an effective sound generator 116 for operation control of this display. The effective sound generator 116 receiving the commands synchronizes image display with effective sound output by operation control in accordance the received commands and since the main control 200 does not relate to effective sound, the output control can be reduced in control burden accordingly.
