PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transfer reinforcing pins onto holed clamps by providing a pin forcing means which takes off the reinforcing pins held by a clamping means of a pin stripping device and guides the pins to slits in the holder case of a pin stock conveyor, on a first pin delivery device. SOLUTION: The clamping arms G4 of a pin stripping device G strip a plurality of reinforcing pins C from holed clamps and ascend. Then the push feed lever of a first pin forcing means is rotated by cutting across the reinforcing pins C and is moved in the direction of a pin stock conveyor L. In this case, the reinforcing pins C are moved in the clamping arms G4 in such a way that the pins C are taken off. Further, the pins C are transferred to a pin guide H12 installed in parallel with a second frame H2. After that, the push feed rods of a second pin forcing means juts out, cutting across the reinforcing pins C to be moved in the direction of the pin stock conveyor L. Finally all of the reinforcing pins C are thrust into the slits of a holder case L1.
