PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a space when a coating booth is not used by arranging a filter in an air through hole pierced in a wall part of a suction chamber to suck air and a powder coating material in a collecting chamber through the filter and arranging a hood part capable of opening and closing an opening surface on the opening surface of the collection chamber. SOLUTION: The powder coating booth 1 is constituted of the booth body 10, the front face hood part 8 capable of opening and closing and a turbo fan 2, and a negative pressure is generated in the suction chamber 3 directly under the turbo fan 2 by the turbo fan 2. The suction chamber 3 is in tightly closed state and the air through hole is opened on a partition plate in the lower part and the filter 6 is attached to the air through hole. In such a case, the hood part 8 for opening and closing the booth body 10 is arranged and, in the case that the powder coating is not executed, the hood part 8 is folded to be housed in the booth body 10. That is, the hood part 8 is provided with 4 pieces of plate like members and a hood lower plate 13 is foldably attached to the bottom plate 10d of the booth body 10 with a hinge.
