PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage even the states of a branch line and a sub-branch line in addition to the management of a terminal state by managing the states of a terminal and the branch line connected a terminal controller on a host computer. In the case the terminal states of terminals where the same name of the sub-branch line is defined are entirely closed or in a fault, a message to the effect that the sub-branch line fails is notified to the console 13.
