PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data from being destroyed when a hand-off is made. SOLUTION: When a hand-off is made between a mobile body terminal 10 and multiple station radio devices 20a and 20b, this mobile body communication system stops the transmission of data from the mobile terminal 10 and switches the path after an interworking function device 31a in a base station controller 30a as the movement source of the mobile body terminal 10 completes the protocol conversion of data received before the transmission of the data from the mobile body terminal 10 is stopped.
