A method treating a human patient to or diagnosed with a tumor in which ErbB 2 protein is expressed comprising the following steps, performed sequentially: (a) treating the patient with a therapeutically effective amount of an anti- ErbB2 antibody; (b) surgically removing the tumor, and then (c) treating the patient with a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-ErbB2 antibody or of a chemotherapeutic agent. |
