chemistry of protective coatings; applicable in formation of protective corrosion- and wear-resistant coatings. SUBSTANCE: phosphating of surface of ferrous metals is accomplished in aqueous solution of phosphoric acid salts prepared from concentrates based on zinc phosphate in concetration of 80-90 g/l, in presence of dispersed particles of chemical compounds with layer hexagonal structural in concentration of 2.5-5 g/l, and iron- and chrome-containing slime of electroplating processes of mechanical engineering in concentration of 1-10 g/l. Dispersed particles of chemical compounds with layer hexagonal structure are used in form of molybdenum disulfate, or graphite. Phosphating of metal surface in presence of particles of chemical compound with layer hexagonal structure and iron- and chrome-containing slime provides for increase of coating impact strength and its wear resistance.
