PURPOSE: A wastewater treatment apparatus using electrolyte and oxidized gas is provided, which is characterized in that non-biodegradable wastewater and drinking water are purified financially by electrolyte and oxidized gas. CONSTITUTION: Wastewater is decomposed in a septic tank(1), and is flowed into a sedimentation tank(2). Continuously, wastewater is flowed through a screen(4), and is collected in a collecting tank(5). And wastewater is filtered in an upflow floatation filter(6). Filtered wastewater is mixed with oxidized gas in a mingling injector(8). Wastewater, mixed with oxidized gas, is flowed into a magnetization-decomposition tank(14). The magnetization-decomposition tank(14) is filled with off gas, and electromagnet having 5000 gauss is installed in the magnetization-decomposition tank(14). Also, zeolite displacement stone(16) is packed in the magnetization-decomposition tank(14). So, wastewater is treated by electrolyte. Pollutant of wastewater is decomposed in the magnetization-decomposition tank(14). And wastewater treated with oxidized gas in an oxidation-decomposition tank. Gas and liquid, which are generated in the magnetization-decomposition tank(14), are separated in gas-liquid separator(29), and separated gas is incinerated in a gas incinerator(30).
