PURPOSE: A plasma display panel is provided which increases the generation rate of visual rays created from a fluorescent layer on the side wall of a partition wall, to improve luminance and efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel includes a lower substrate(100) on which an address electrode(110) is formed, and an upper substrate, opposite to the lower substrate, on which a maintenance electrode, perpendicular to the address electrode, is formed. The plasma display panel also includes a partition wall(120) formed between the upper and lower substrates, being parallel with the address electrode, and a fluorescent layer(130) formed at the area where the address electrode is formed and the side of the partition wall. The fluorescent layer is formed from a compound containing a fluorescent material and thermosetting material. |
