PURPOSE: An automated water-cooled household distillator capable of heating cool water from a discharge pipe(19) using heat emitted from steam and automatically cutting the power supply when an amount of cooling water to be supplied in a household distillator is less than that of distilled water to be produced is provided which prevents overheating and economizes energy. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an earth leakage breaker(5) with a 2 Kw heating line, an IC circuit water level controller(6), a timer switch, an electronic valve(9), a buoyancy switch(11), a bimetal switch(12), a relay switch(13), a 2 Kw heating line and a water vessel buoyancy switch(20), wherein a cooling water discharge control cup(17) as a device for reusing emission heat has a hole having a size of 2.5 to 3.0mm at a depth of 3 to 5mm from the bottom.
