PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a effective spot presser which applies pressure to pressure points while being fixed or operated manually. SOLUTION: This effective spot presser has a effective spot pressing head 2 provided on the upper surface of a head mounting low board 1. Alternately, a effective spot pressing head is provided in the middle of a head mounting grip bar. The effective spot presser is applied to effective spots on a user's feet, waist, back or the like and pressure is applied by means of the user's body weight. Alternately, the effective spot is manually operated to apply pressure to each effective spot. The user can thus be relaxed to alleviate fatigue.
