PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable light source device which is hardly affected by change of outside air temperature and has extremely high output stability. SOLUTION: A deuterium lamp 10 of this portable light source device is housed in a lamp box 42, and further, is housed in a case 41 so as to minimize effects from changes of outside air temperatures. The deuterium lamp 10 which is sensitive to temperature changes is covered not only by the lamp box 42 but also by the case 41 so that the lamp is housed with a double shield structure. As a result, temperature changes of the case 41 which is most affected by outside air is prevented from being transmitted to the deuterium lamp 10 and the light source device can be used without considering about effects from weather changes and an air conditioner in using indoors. In addition, the deuterium lamp 10 can be removed upward in the lamp box 42. Therefore, replacing work of the lamp 10 becomes easy even when a size of the case 41 is reduced. As a result, the light source device can be easily carried in using a outdoors. |
