PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multilayered molded product at a low cost without generating the damage of cushioning properties caused by a urethane foam layer even if a skin material having the urethane foam layer is used, while putting such beneficial point of an injection or compression molding method into practical use that the skin material can be laminated to the surface of a base material simultaneously with the formation of the base material. SOLUTION: In a method for producing a multilayered molded product by supplying a skin material 1 to the gap between a pair of molds and supplying a molten thermoplastic resin to the gap between the skin material and the molding surface of one mold, to integrally laminate the skin material to at least a part of the surface of a base material comprising the thermoplastic resin, the skin material 1 to be used consists of at least a urethane foam layer 3 and a non-foamed backing layer and is characterized by that a product of the densityρ(g/cm3) of the urethane foam layer and the basis wt. W (g/m2) of the backing layer is 2 or more. |
