PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily detect a reception channel in a broadcast frequency band by detecting demodulation lock for a broadcast channel separated by the prescribed number of broadcast channels, when the demodulation lock are not detected. SOLUTION: A broadcast channel which is a detection object at present is deemed to have no possibility of being a reception channel, based on a lock detection signal SL. A reception control part 300 increases a channel number N by a broadcast channel distance by an approximate occupied band Ns. The reception control part 300 decides whether a broadcast channel BC which is to be detected to be a reception channel Rc is left in an objective broadcast frequency band, based on whether N is larger than the maximum number of a channel Nmax. When N>Nmax does not hold, the broadcast channel BC which is to be detected to be the reception channel Rc or not is decided to be left in the objective broadcast frequency band, and a demodulation reception signal Srd(N=N+Ns) with respect to the broadcast channel BC of the broadcast channel BC(N=N+Ns) is generated.
