PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush capable of simultaneously brushing oral mucosa. SOLUTION: A mucosa brush 3 having plural small projections for brushing oral mucosa and the surface of the tongue is formed around the brush-planted part of the brush 2 of the handle 1 of the tooth brush. In another way, a short bristle brush made of soft material or a thin sheet of sponge is fixed instead of this mucosa brush having the plural small projections, and this is used as a mucosa brush.
