PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease feed device with ball screw for properly feeding grease to the ball screw shaft of a ball screw used in an ejector motor. SOLUTION: A grease feed block 31 having a bush driving-in hole piercing through the central part thereof and having bushes driven in the bush driving-in hole from both ends thereof is inserted in the small diameter part formed to the rear end of a hollow output shaft and a gap is formed between the above mentioned bushes and a grease feed hole is bored in the grease feed block 31 from the outside at the position of the gap and grease is fed from the grease feed block 31 to be sent to the hollow part of the hollow output shaft through the grease feed hole bored in the hollow output shaft.
