<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a long first part and a second part which has a boss part concurrently with a fixing member, and to absorb variables in positional relationship. SOLUTION: This clip comprises a holding part 1 adapted to hold a first part 21, an engaging part 2 which has a boss part 22a of a second part 22 fit for being engaged with a fixing member P, and a flange part 3 which has a long hole 4 to insert the engaging part 2 formed for being consecutively mounted integrally with the holding part 1. The first part 21 is held on the holding part 1, and the second part 22 is engaged with the engaging part 2 by having the flange part 3 movably supported while being sandwiched between the fixing member P and the engaging part 2. Thereby, the two parts are fixed concurrently on the fixing member side with the same clip, and variation can be absorbed, only by using the long hole 4 for having the flange part 3 which is sandwiched between the fixing member P and the engaging part 2 moved to a predetermined direction, together with the holding part 1 when variation in positional relationship is occurred between the holding part 1 adapted to hold the first part 21 and a fixing place of the fixing member P.</p> |
