PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold piping to an intermediate heat exchange unit or a helium refrigerator unit clean. SOLUTION: An adsorber 25 is provided in addition to a heat exchanger 23 and an oil separator 24 in the outdoor compressor unit 21. Thus, a residual oil not yet separated by the separator 24 is finally trapped by the adsorber 25. Accordingly, outdoor piping 27 from the unit 21 to an intermediate heat exchange unit 28 can be held therein clean. Thus, a problem of a decrease in refrigerating capacity due to a pressure loss caused by an oil content adhered in the piping 27, an ejection of an oil due to gas leakage when maintained or an oil treatment when discarded of the piping 27 is solved.
