PURPOSE: An internet PC room radio network operating system and the method thereby are provided for a high-speed network circuit at a lower cost by applying a radio network system to PC rooms. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of bases(50), carrying out radio communications with a plurality of PC rooms(10,20,30,40) having a plurality of personal computers(PC1-PC4), is connected with an ISP(Internet Service Provider) company computer(70) through an internet network(62). Each bridge equipment(12,22,32,42,52) is connected to each hub(13,23,33,43,53) for communication line connection. An operator computer(60) to operate the whole wireless and wired networks manages the bases(50) and carries out billing processing for a radio network system service subscription PC room connected to a base(50).
