PURPOSE: A method for developing real property on the internet is provided to allow a user as a developer of the real property to search and select the desired information of the real property, by forming a database with a text and an image of the real property. CONSTITUTION: The information on the development of the real property is registered in a database(S110). A group of users having the same purpose is formed(S120,S130). The information on the real property useful for the users is selected(S160,S150). The selected information is transmitted to designers(S170). The draft designed drawings made by building design companies are registered in a database(S180). A detailed developing plan is written based on selected draft designed drawings(S190,S200). A building construction company is selected via an auction(S220). It is asked if there is an opposition to a construction process that is open to the users(S240). If the opposition thereto exists, an answer to the opposition is registered in a database(S246).
