MULTIPLE PIPE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A multiple pipe which reinforces the strength of the pipe by making a triple or multiple section of the pipe from polyethylene and regenerated raw materials and a manufacturing device therefor are provided. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a hopper where materials are injected; (ii) an extruding device which extrudes polyethylene and regenerated raw materials in a regular shaped size; (ii) an application device which includes a winder winding the extruded polyethylene and regenerated raw materials; (iii) a compressing device which pressurizes the polyethylene and regenerated raw materials wound into the winder to adhere; (ix) a cooling device which congeals the melted polyethylene and regenerated raw materials; and (v) a transmitting device which has a transmitting roller to smoothly transmit a multiple pipe. The multiple pipe comprises: (i) an inside skin which is wound in a regular width; (ii) a first layer which is adhered by winding to be overlapped with the inside skin and then pressurizing the overlapped part; (iii) a second layer which is adhered by winding to be overlapped with the side of the first layer and then pressurizing the overlapped part; (iv) a third layer which is adhered by winding to be overlapped with the side of the second layer and then pressurizing the overlapped part; and (v) an outside skin which is adhered by winding to be overlapped with the side of the third layer and then pressurizing the overlapped part.
