PURPOSE: A mixing apparatus for additives of ice cream is provided, which maintains the ice cream at a certain temperature not to be melted and mixes additives of ice cream instantly for favor of consumers. CONSTITUTION: The mixing apparatus includes a mixing plate(10) made of marble, a groove(21) along the border of the mixing plate, a stainless plate(20) extended from the mixing plate to outside, a copper pipe at the bottom part of the mixing plate for freezing where cold refrigerants are run through by a compressor to maintain the temperature of mixing plate to under 10°C, and an insulating plate blocking heat at the lower part of the pipe. Fruit syrup, chocolate, walnuts, or almond are mixed and added on to the ice cream kept in the mixing apparatus.
