PURPOSE: A method for producing an electronic advertising mail and executing transmission of the mail and a device for storing the method are provided to reduce the time and the cost for the electronic advertising mail, and to supply an advertisement of a high quality to a certain customer, by distributing a questionnaire with the mail and receiving the replies from a mail receiver. CONSTITUTION: The clients of the electronic advertising mail request the transmission thereof(1), and send contract money(2). An agent checks the sent contract money(3), consult with the clients according to a fee schedule program(4), and then determine an agent fee and the production of the mail(5). The produced electronic advertising mail is delivered to the clients and a receiver(6). If the questionnaire is delivered with the mail, a receipt mail list with the replies thereto is provided to the clients(7). The agent receives the balance of the agency contract.
