PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of piping positioning performance and vibration isolating performance by preventing inclination of the projected part of a vibration isolating member. SOLUTION: A rubber vibration isolating member 5 has many circumferentially arranged projected parts 52, 53 on both the sides of a plate part 51 extended in the circumferential direction of a piping 4, and these projected parts 52, 53 are circumferentially shiftingly arranged so as not to be overlapped in radial direction. Vibration of the piping 4 is absorbed by the shearing deformation of the plate part 51 of the vibration isolating member 5, therefore, vibration isolating performance superior to vibration absorption by compressive deformation can be obtained. Inner circumference connecting parts 54 for mutually connecting adjacent inner circumferential projected parts 52 and periphery connecting parts 55 for mutually connecting adjacent peripheral projected parts 53 are arranged, and in the case that the projected parts 52, 53 are almost brought down by external force, stress is generated in the connecting parts 54, 55 and the inclination of the projected parts 52, 53 can be prevented by the stress, therefore, expected positioning performance and vibration isolating performance can be stably obtained.
