PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a terminal part of an electric shield wire. SOLUTION: A shield layer 13 exposed at a terminal part of an electric shield wire 10 is maintained in a state sandwiched between holding plates 31, 32 and projected in a flange shape from the shield wire 10. The holding plates 31, 32 are connected with a shield shell 25 in a shield connector 20. With this structure, the size of a connection part is reduced in an axis direction of the shield wire 10. Furthermore, creep deformation of an internal insulating layer 12 of the shield wire 10 is prevented and reliability in connection is improved.
