摘要

A novel gene undergoing significantly low expression in subjects showing high cedar pollen-specific IgE levels. This gene has been successfully isolated by preparing T cells from subjects showing different cedar pollen-specific IgE levels before and after the pollen-scattering season and searching the gene by the differential display method. It is found out that this gene is usable in examining allergic diseases and screening candidate compounds for remedies for allergic diseases.
