The invention concerns a functionalised solid support for the synthesis of compounds comprising at least an alpha -oxoaldehyde function, its method for preparation and its uses, in particular for preparing a bank of organic compounds, a diagnostic reagent, a microtitration plate and a biochip, such as a DNA chip. The invention also concerns a method for the synthesis of organic compounds comprising at least an alpha -oxoaldehyde function and alpha -oxoaldehyde peptides obtained by said method.
