PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of processing time by eliminating time to cost by every data transfer between a local memory and a processor element. SOLUTION: When data about the local memory (LM)2(2) of other processor element (PE)3(2) is required for a processing of the processor element PE3(1), a data transfer request is transmitted to a cross unit 1 by the PE3(1), a bus 4(1) is connected with a bus 4(2) and the data is transferred from the LM2(2) to the LM2(1) by the cross unit 1. During this time, the LM2(2) can not be used by the PE3(2) since the bus 4(2) is occupied by the cross unit 1, however, it is used after the data transfer from a LM2(j) to a LM2(i) is completed and occupation of the bus 4(2) by the cross unit 1 is completed. |
