PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching and detaching of an oil supply cap and to improve safety by providing protruding portions at an oil supply cap rotating means and a gear joint, rotating the joint in a clamping direction and rotating the cap in an unclamping direction. SOLUTION: A rotary cap 18 of an oil supply cap rotating means is coupled to an oil supply cap 14 through a ratchet mechanism having first and second gear joints 15, 16 integrated with the cap 14. The cap 16 and the cap 18 respectively have protruding portions 16a, 18b brought into contact therewith when the cap 18 is rotated. Thus, the cap 18 and the cap 14 are synchronously rotated from when the portions are brought into contact therewith in removing directions. When the cap 18 is rotated, the cap 14 is removed. The portions can be arbitrarily set. A play area can be provided between rotations of the cap 18 and the cap 14, and the cap 14 is not immediately unclamped, and hence the cap 14 can be safely attached or detached.
