摘要 PURPOSE: A device for transceiving very high speed data of a speed variable type for a copper wiring is provided to transmit normal data after confirming a maximum transmission speed. Therefore, it is possible to apply a very high speed data transceiving device of a speed variable type of a network device or a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A very high speed data trasceiver(1-1) transmits test data, or transmits normal very high speed data from a network device or a terminal. A speed converter(1-2) sets up a transmission data selecting signal in order to transmit the test data at a determined speed, and sets up a variable clock. If a normal state is decided from a BER(Bit Error Rate) detecting signal, the speed converter(1-2) fixes a transmission data speed and the variable clock, and controls to perform a data transceiving. A DMT(Discrete Multi Tone) transmitter(1-3) performs an analog modulation for received digital transmitting buffer output data as a DMT modulation method, and passes an LPF(Low Pass Filter). A hybrid transceiver(1-4) receives a low band analog transmission signal, and amplifies a signal power to transmit the signal power to a copper wiring. The hybrid transceiver(1-4) extracts the BER detecting signal, and supplies the BER detecting signal to the speed converter(1-2).
